You can look at using "Initial SQL" in a data source, if available and allowed, to insert the data into a table in the database.
Not sure about the real requirement but here are my few points.
We do make use of STATUS tab to get this information. (with Site Admin access you can )
ACTION BY ALL USERS
You can see on the RHS of ACTION BY ALL USERS ----->ACTION BY SPECIFIC USER
1) That will give you specific ID's of the members who logged in.
2) You can filter by date range as well
3) You can see Active members as well
4) You can also see the type of interaction like Login, Access View ,Use DS etc
