You should be able to right click on the [Major] field and select "Split". If that doesn't get you what you want, you can select "Custom Split" and select the deliminator. Let me know if you have any trouble with it.

Unfortunately I am not able to open your workbook, but continuing Wesley`s solution, in the separator box specify the separator that you have separating the majors.
eg. accounting,chemistry then you separator will be , or if accounting/chemistry then /.
