# Calculate % of total based on two of three dimension's values

Hi, I'm trying to calculate a % of total calc based on only two measures within a dimension that has three measures.

The dimension is called, let's say: Results

Within the results, you have three measures: Pass, Fail, N/A

And then you have the number of records for each of the Pass, Fail, and N/A items.

I need to calculate % of total using only the Pass and Fail items.

I can't exclude N/A from view because I need to show the # of records.

HI Chao

Thanks,

Attached.

For example, for Harry - I needed the Pass and Fail percentages to calculate as 50% each. Which is basically excluding the N/A.

Hope this helps.

And here is a reference o attach workbook.

Thank you Shin.

One more question - Let's say there were additional exams. These separate exams are broken out into three different worksheets.

What calculation could I use so that all worksheets would be able to calculate the % for Pass/Fail only?

See attached workbook and thank you.

I am not sure about the intent of question, but simply filter out "NA" for each sheet ?
