    Unable to access published data source

      Hi All,

       

      So we just recently moved our Tableau server environment from on prem to cloud. After the migration, I found that we cannot used any of our published data source that was migrated from old environment or published new data source to the new environment.

       

      I’m the server admin, so I assume I will have access to everything. Does anyone has the similar issue or know how to fix this?

       

      Our server is running on 10.5
