Include null values if data exists outside filter

    Olof Danielsson

I have a scenario when I need to replace null values for a specific selection from the data source if and only if there are non-null values for the same specific selection outside my filtering.

To make this a bit more concrete a scenario would be sales from cashpoints in different stores that during high traffic periods are used, but in other periods are closed. Cashpoints are identified through IDs spanning from 1-30 and these are randomly allocated to the cashpoints in the different stores. I need to be able to distinguish cashpoints that are not used (null values within filter, non null values somewhere in the datasource) from cashpoints that does not exists in the store (all null values).

Hope this is a good enough clarification!
