# Calculcations of data points that are part of same dimensions

I have a dimension called On-Time. Within that I have two categories either late or on-time.  I need to know how to divide those that are on-time by the total amount?

Example on May 1 I had 21 total 12 of which were On-Time.  How do I divide the 12 by the 21 to show a percentage of 57% percent?

Regard,

KLC

That is exactly what I am looking for.  Really just needing the percentage row if that makes it easier?

Kerry,

The key is to make two calculated field:

Amount Correct:

if [On time]='late' THEN [Amount] END

% Corrected:

IF ATTR([On time])='On-Time' THEN SUM([Amount])/WINDOW_SUM(SUM([Amount])) END

Thanks,

I used LOD Calc called FIXED. For it to operate Currectly,if you have any filter on filter Shelf, Right Click and from Menu , Select add to CONTEXT.

FIXED Calcs are evlauted at  near Top of  Inverted Pyramid.
