This really worked and it is what I was looking for.
I applied to dashboard, it worked, however, I have an outcome that I have some difficulties to understand.
When I applied and looked for TOP N results, it shows now different top N as expected. But the last month doesn't bring top N. For my case, I see nothing when select Top 10, I see only 2 when I select top 15. If I go higher Top numbers, then I start to see more for the last month. This is maybe the logic, but when I reset top N every month, index changes every month, and the items even with smaller quantities should show in Top N list, but it is not happening. Any opinions?
If you have any filters in place, then you'll need to add them to context (right click on the filter and select "Add to context"). If it's showing less than the top 10 when 10 are selected it likely means that it's applying the order of operations correctly. Instead it's returning a top 10 and then filtering out values from there. Adding to context should solve that issue, if my guess is correct.
Context filter was my first try when I faced this problem. It is not happening with general Top N list, it is happening with the last month only. If I want to see more from the latest month, I increase Top (10) to Top (20), then I start to see more lines.
If this was something related to the filters, why do I see other months full Top (10) or (20)? And when I check my legend/list, there are more than 10 or 20, that's expected.
I forgot to add, I also see for the last month, if Top 10 selected, Index # is 9 and one item only. If I go to Top 20, I have 4 items only for the last month and index# are 9, 11, 14, 17. Other months are good, they are from 1 to N.
