- Did you check if the portal number is configured properly on tableau server?
- does the user id have sufficient privileges to refresh the source on server?

Thank you for the references. I am not sure how much impact Google Analytics API has on Google Sheets, but the dashboards which are having load problems were working fine for the past 3 months at least.
Yes, raising a ticket is my next step. Just wanted to know if someone has faced this problem and already found a solution.
