Why are you doing STR() in there. Just use the date fields directly and see what happens.
If you have to have the output as STR(), then just do it in the "THEN" clause.
I can't do that with company data, sorry
Removing the str() seems to have worked, I was getting an error message before but maybe that was because of the "then" statement

There are times when a concrete working example helps generate a better answer. The upshot of the video is that you can make a small data set of your data in excel, and you can chop out sensitive columns or garble values so that the data is safe for sharing. Do "Replace Data Source" and swap in the excel data source, and then you can upload that workbook.
