Do-able, but it requites quite complicated workaround and I am not sure that this solution is feasible or not.
Each item needs multiple layers of table calculations and total steps might be more then 200 steps.
Take Address as example because it has to different ref duplications.
For formatting including move header to the top etc etc etc.. please refer this link.

I see how hard you worked on this. - Thank you.
The address check does work as expected, the reference you provided are not per the desired result.
2. Also, how do I export the result to excel to that the output on the tableau is what I see on excel.
When I export to excel, it gives me a lot more data and the output is hard to read.
I go to 'worksheet' - copy - crosstab.
Is there a better way.
Thank you x1000 for all the help.
Seems like I missed some table cal setting before final saving.
Tableau is visualizing, not a advanced calculator nor table format creator where excel has big strength.
Then what you see and underlying data structure especially in this case is way different as tool's feature.
If your final goal is to us table format in excel, I don't find the reason to create table view by Tableau.
You can use excel from start to end.
