Tableau does not directly support geohash locations, but there are several libraries available to help convert geohash data to lat/lon data. Once you have converted the data to lat/lon it should be easy to visualize in Tableau and explore the data. Check here for more info on conversion:
As for how to optimally analyze it in Tableau, that really depends on the questions you are interested in and the goals that you have for your assignment. First step, though, will be to convert those geohash locations.
