Removing Duplicate Items in Rows / Columns

      Hey Tableau Community!

Quick question, how do I remove duplicate values from multiple columns. I am using test data of customer feedback from stores and cross-referencing them with the stores weekly revenue. However. when I import the data, it duplicates the store, the week, and the revenue.

This is what the revenue should look like:

However in Tableau, it comes out to look like this where it is duplicating the store, date, and revenue (sorry the image is blurry, click on it to enhance)

I have attached the tableau workbook if that helps. If anyone could please take a look and offer some advice, I would really appreciate it. Hopefully there is an easy formula I can plug in to fix the duplicate values. Thank you!
