How about something like this? I used a bunch of FIXED formulas to find both the max SALES amount for each Region/SubCategory, and also to return the name of the SubCategory that has the max SALES amount:
I repeated these formulas for Profit and Quantity.
Then, we can use charts and labels to show only these top subcategories for each measure and Region:
