Custom Shapes should help:

In adition to Santiago's, you can even add images to the dashboard using Image Object:
And selecting any specified image from your Tableau Repository folder. Then you can sepcify any URL to the image by right click on the image:
In this you can specify any of your dashboard URL. So on click of that image it will navigate to the dashboard for which you had set the URL.

When you want to set links to other dashboard then use the action filters.
Dashboard images object is static and it will not work with actions. You can set dashboard url here and you can't add any action url here.
Use shapes and add it dashboard and set action to another dashboard.
