I can't replicate this example workbook!

When you first open tableau desktop, this is one of the example workbooks. It's called "Tableau World Indicators".

For the past hour and a half i have been trying to replicate this one stupid page "Health Indicators" in the workbook. Specifically, HOW in the world did they get a different colored gradient for each measure name? I have tried to do this (with different data) but I can not for the life of me figure out this feature. There is only ONE color detail, so how the heck are you going to somehow end up with FOUR unique color gradients?!?

      Please explain. Thanks
