# Top/Bottom Grand Total

How can I get the correct Grand Total in 'Top 5' and 'Bottom 5' tabs in the attached workbook ? It is showing the same numbers as the main tab. What is the best way to achieve this ?

You should have used filters to get what you need.

Hello Suvas,

This is my approach.

I have used SETS to get the desired numbers. Please let me know if it helps.

Sudheer

It should not be 100%. It should be appropriate % of 46220/64220 = 71.97% and 7790/64220 = 12.13%

Hari,

It doesn't work if there are multiple level of sorting in dimensions. I have three dimensions in my original assignment (in this example only two). When I do Top five calculation, it doesn't take into account the sorting in the diemsnions.

Always provide a screenshot and a packaged workbook. I cannot help without it.

Hari,

I have modified and updated the same workbook which is attached. I want to get top five investments for certain conditions of Asset Type. Please look at Top 5_2nd Part tab.

Thanks

You need to add the Asset Type filter to context.
