I believe this should be availble within Salesforce Data connection. But if I remember correctly the fields that are recorded and available for reportings are dependent on selections within the Salesforce interface.
Can you verify that history tracking has been turned on for these specific fields that you are looking to report on.

I checked how we do it here for cases and we utilize the Case History table. Info on this is here - Salesforce Developers . Based on this view in the image, I am not sure what table might ave the information but my guess is that it will be a history table related to the view.
