    How to use Union to combine multiple data sources?

      I have three separate excel spreadsheets with very simple data. When I import them in Tableau, I want them to appear in one table. When I import them as normal, Tableau automatically sorts it into this:

      Notice how the Item Description is listed twice. Instead, I want it to not be duplicated and the information to appear as an additional column. This is what I'm trying to turn it into:

      Do anyone know what the type of Union I'm trying to do is called? Any tutorials or guides out there?
