    Having to input the same latitude & longitude coordinates to create a map every time I use a new set of data

      I often receive different raw data sets where I need to provide analysis for our various offices (these 30+ locations are basically going to stay the same). I find myself inputting the map coordinates manually every time and formatting the map so that the style and layout is retained - this is getting a little time consuming. I tried using some older workbooks/excels that have maps, and then pasting the new data over the excel while retaining the same column heading for office location - unfortunately this doesn't always work.

       

      My question: is there a quick and easy way to do this so that I do not need to manually input the coordinates every time and spend time to reformat all over again?
