JavaScript api export to excel error

      Hi All,

We are facing an issue with one of our features post the upgrade to 10.5. Wanted to know if anyone has faced similar issue if so what was the resolution. Any help would be great... Thanks

We have embedded our dashboards in a JavaScript Portal. Post the upgrade to 10.5 our export data feature in the portal (we use the vizReports.showExportDataDialog() function) is not working.

We have an button in our portal that calls the vizReports.showExportDataDialog() to export the data. On clicking this, the Tableau data dialog comes up and then we get the error mentioned in the the case. Please refer the image attached 'Exportdataerror.jpg'

We get the below Tableau error :

An unexpected error occurred. If you continue to receive this error please contact your Tableau Server Administrator.

      Session ID: 29EFB4F55C6349628DCF9491D1D621D5-0:1

Uncaught TypeError: tabBootstrap.ViewerBootstrap.get_instance(...).get_session,BeingCleared is not a function

Please note that it is working fine when trying directly on the Tableau Server.

We tried using the following JS API

      https://public.tableau.com/javascripts/api/tableau-2.min.js

      https://public.tableau.com/javascripts/api/tableau-2.2.1.min.js

Request you to please help us on this. Thanks

      Regards,

      Prashanth
