Hello Prashanth,
I have asked internally but I believe this error is a known issue that will be resolved in the next release.

Jeff Bloomfield Apr 19, 2018 12:18 PM (in response to Patrick A Van Der Hyde)Thanks Patrick - I thought that it had been resolved with the release of 10.5.3 (according to Error "uncaught TypeError: tabBootstrap.ViewerBootstrap.get_instance(...).get_sessionBeingCleared is not a function" and… ) but we still seem to be encountering the issue after upgrading from 10.5.2. NOTE: Our issue is with Exporting to CSV only, and it appears that Export to Crosstab is working correctly (and least on the ones that I tested).
We have dashboards embedded in a portal, with a button coded to export a specified worksheet from each workbook as csv. I am finding that when I click on an actual sheet (to put the focus on it) the export button works, but the default code is failing after the upgrade to 10.5. I did open up a support ticket, but figured I would pass along the info.

Prashanth Shenoy Apr 23, 2018 9:15 AM (in response to Patrick A Van Der Hyde)Hi Patrick,
Thanks, the support team did mention that. Also I read the reply from Jeff which seems to suggest that the issue has not been resolved in 10.5.3. Would wait for further update on this.
Regards,
Prashanth
