    SSO Login Issue on Customer Portal ?

      Hi fellow Tableau users, I am wondering if anyone else had issues accessing the Customer Portal. I keep getting an "SSO error" and I am unable to see the 7 licenses we bought yesterday. Tableau support is very slow responding so any help from this group or similar experiences will be definitely be super helpful. I am quite worried as I am not able to see the licenses and therefore I cannot use them.


      My login works for all the other Tableau sections and I have tried with different browsers and even devices. The error is shown below.
