Thank you, that was obviously the first thing I did but since it has been 4 days and I am still not able to log in, I thought it couldn't hurt to ask for help in the community. Maybe someone has been in my same situation (not great!).
I am in the same situation, the support answered to me yesterday:
"There is currently a URL login problem for partners if they go to customer.tableau.com .
If you are not able to login, make sure to go to partner.tableau.com instead of customer.tableau.com. Before this week, customer.tableau would have redirected you to partner.tableau but that feature is not working at the moment. "
But I still not access to my keys, Do you know where is the link in the partner portal to find the keys?
