# Grand Total -- Overall Percent and Sum

I have a table with multiple measures. These measures consist of percentage, dollar amounts and sums.

I need one grand total line to show the overall percentage of the specific percentage and then the grand total (sum) of the rest (dollars and other numerical data).

IS there any thoughts on how to accomplish this? Thank you

Pl attach a workbook to help you.

The data we use is very sensitive. However if I can explain it this way:

We have three sets of measures for a specific region: Number of Leads, Our Goal, and Percent to Goal.

If looking this from a month to month basis, we would like to show a grand total (YTD) of those three measures: Total Sum of Number of Leads, Total Goal, Percent to goal total.

What is happening is when we look at the grand total, we see the first two correct but the percent is wrong. We need the percent to show the Total leads/Total Goal.

I hope this paints a better picture.

Thank you.

It's difficult to work without a sample workbook, or at least screenshots. This video by Joe Oppelt will explain how you can anonymize your data.

Hello,

I have included an example of what I am trying to do. The Grand Total Line should show the sum of the Leads and Goal -- then I want it to show the percentage of those two, and not the sum of the regional numbers.

Please let me know if that makes sense.

What I am looking for is the: (Grand Total Leads)/(Grand Total Goal) to show in the Grand total row under Percentage. And still include the Sum of Leads and Sum of Goals.
