This is standard behaviour for Tableau - the headers don't show if all data has been filtered out. The only way to see the headers for, say, March, is to add a line to your source data containing the month required and blanks for all other fields.

In tableau, when you don't have data, it will be a blank sheet. Not going to show you row/column header along with data .
I am trying to explain this with a worksheet .
Here you can see data , headers and all but when I will filter out everything along with data ,you will not see those headers as well .
Try doing it on your worksheet , add a filter on month and then filter out all months ,so in the same sheet you will see the same thing that you are asking .
You mean to say that , once you have data only you can see the headers.
