You'll have to add the country or category to context so that it is applied before the customer top 20:

An elegant approach is to use the rank quick table calculation as your filter. So step 1 create the rank of sum(TransactionCount)] and filter 1-20.

Honestly I expected tableau to do that by default, with out even having to add to context.
Hi Sasha - I am just trying out your method. If you dont mind can you list out the steps.
I tried the below,
1.Drag Customer to Rows
2.Drag Trans Count to Column
3.New Calculation on the Rows shelf and do rank(sum(t count))
But now there is no way I am able to put the rank ahead of Customer.
Rows: Customer, Rank (cannot make it Rank,Customer).
