It's definitely possible, but it takes a little bit of effort. Here's a pattern that will hopefully help:
The idea is to create a branch in the flow for each measure and filter that step for only one bucket. I also included an aggregation of all the key values (BusA_Report, in this case) so I'd have a framework to put it all back together. Then with a series of joins, I can bring the measure values back into the framework as separate columns. With a little bit of renaming fields and deleting fields that are no longer needed, you have the results for which you asked.
