    Extract refreshes starting to consistently fail? Need to diagnose

      Over the past couple weeks I wake up to emails notifying me a certain number of attempts to extract the data on the server has failed. It typically goes through on the 3rd or 4th attempt. This morning all 5 attempts failed due to “connectionless feature” Which always seems to be the error.


      Does number of workbooks trying to extract the act the same data source affect this? The only thing I can think of is that we continue to publish dashboards with embedded passwords/data sources and maybe we have too many trying to extract at the same time? I tried switch the priority of our biggest dashboard to 1 last night. All others are set to the default priority of 50. This didn’t do anything and all 5 attempts failed this morning. No new dashboards were punlished yesterday either.
