    Clustering of Wholesale Customers

      Hi guys,

       

      I am learning how to use clustering to analyze customer segments. The data I used contains 440 observations and 8 variables: Channel, Region, and 6 Product Categories - Fresh, Milk, Grocery, Frozen, Detergents_Paper, Delicassen (with values of annual spending). I would like to know a)how are the segments different in terms of regions? b)how are the segments different in terms of channels? But after I watched the tutorial videos, I am not sure where should I put the "Regions"/"Channels" variables. Appreciate your help!
