Thank you again for your help, as I said this is helpful but does not solve my problem.
1. I' m looking for next activation date for the same contract but this could be fixed with a test;
2. Most importantly your solution address's the case where have at most 2 rows before I get a new activation. in my data set this can happen after a variable number of row;
