Hello Ravindra,
Reviewing the data source on the Tableau Server you can see who the data source was published by as well as the workbooks that are currently using the data source.
1. Select the Data Source tab at the top.
2. Select the desired data source to reivew
3. Details will be displayed as shown below
As long as the user publishing is using their own credentials you can reach as necessary to the owner.
Another method would be to have the user review their content when they are updating their passwords.
To review My Contetn:
1. Select your avatar in the top right corner
2. Select 'My Content'
3. A view with similar details should show:
A third option using the information on the Tableau Server to create a custom admin view as described in the following Community post.
Displaying connected workbook for each data source & data source for each view
Hope this helps!
Cheers,

ravindra babu Mar 21, 2018 9:37 AM (in response to patrick.byrne.0)Hi Patrick,
for example is a user connected to SQL server and created a dashboard and scheduled.
after few days he changed his Credentials(SQL) which are also his windows credentials. Tableau does not Throws authentication error. but this error occur when working with Netezza.
for netezza server dashboards user/ Admin need to modify the password manually.
can't it be automated as like SQL server?????

To be clear. Is the Netezza data source set up for active directory? Does the users use the same credentials to login to Netezza as they do for Windows?
Cheers,
