Getting a Pie Chart to Default to 100%

      Hey All,

I am trying to get a pie chart to default to 100% if a provider has screened over 100% of it's intended targets for the year. I've attached an example with anonymized data, where one of the providers  has screened 93% of it's targets, yet the visual looks like it's screened more than the provider who's screened 128% of it's targets. I get the reasoning for it, being that I had to create a calculated field to serve as the complimentary second side to the pie.  So any provider over 100% essentially looks like 100% minus the percentage at which they exceed 100% screenings.

Any help getting my calculated field right would be much appreciated.

      Thanks!
