Good Morning.

I am new Tableau user.  I have multiple EXCEL files in same directory created by SAS , hence same file structure.   I want to combine all excel files into one file using Tableau.  When  I save these files as CSV,  I am able to combine them fine in Tableau; however,  when I try to do same for EXCEL file -  Tableau tries to JOIN them - creating horizontal columns instead of vertical rows (appending files from excel files at the bottom).

Can you please help?  Step by step instruction including creating connection will be very helpful.
