Create a new Calculation:
DATEDIFF('day', Actual Resolution Date, Estimated Resolution Date)

There are a number of ways you can do this. I recommend you use the DATEDIFF function. This code produces the difference in days of [Actual Resolution Date] - [Estimated Resolution Date].
DATEDIFF('day', [Actual Resolution Date],[Estimated Resolution Date])
You can plot those numbers directly onto Color (use the advance settings to make sure 0 is your center).
You can also set up some logic if you want a to break it down:
If [Actual-Estimate] > 7 then "Excellent: Resolved very early"
Elseif [Actual-Estimate] > 0 then "Good: Resolved early"
Elseif [Actual-Estimate] = 0 then "Fair: Met Estimate"
Elseif [Actual-Estimate] >-7 "Poor: Did not meet Estimate"
Else "Requires Attention: Significantly missed Estimate."
If this helps, please mark as correct or "this helped"-- good luck! --Michael
