Hi Manish, thanks for letting us know. This type of error suggests that the authentication is failing from one of the reasons listed.
In the past I've seen this error when trying to run against Online, but having the options set as OnPrem. But since you are running against an OnPrem server, that should not be the case.
I think you are right and the issue is the server login settings. Scout doesn't support SAML, so the Tableau Server should be configured as "No SAML authentication".
If this is a test deployment, would you be able to turn off SAML and see if you're getting the same error when using the default Tableau Server authentication?

That did not help resolve the issue either, we are still getting the same error message.

What version of Tableau Server are you running? What is the URL you are setting as the host name?
Are you running from a different machine, or from the server itself?
