    Rest API got Internal Server Error (error code 50000) at the sign in call

      Hi, I am using the Rest API to call the tableau server.

      The content is:

      <?xml version="1.0" encoding="UTF-8" standalone="yes"?><tsRequest xmlns="http://tableau.com/api"><credentials name="xxxxxx" password="xxxxxxxxxx"><site contentUrl=""/></credentials></tsRequest>

      I have tried this on curl and it returns the token perfectly.

      I got the following response while calling from java client:

      <?xml version='1.0' encoding='UTF-8'?><tsResponse xmlns="http://tableau.com/api" xmlns:xsi="http://www.w3.org/2001/XMLSchema-instance" xsi:schemaLocation="http://tableau.com/api http://tableau.com/api/ts-api-2.7.xsd"><error code="500000"><summary>Internal Server Error</summary><detail>The server encountered an error and cannot complete your request. Contact your server administrator.</detail></error></tsResponse>

      Which log file on the server side should I check to figure out the root cause of the error?
