I think what you are looking for is in the following link:
Removing "Abc" Placeholder Text | Tableau Software
You'll want to hide the header:
Then change the mark type to polygon:

If you go to column and click there a blank pill would appear. Just Type "Customer Name" and Enter . It would show Customer Name twice in Header. Right Click and select Hide Column Name or something like that.
