Thank you ! I had a look at the tutorial but unfortunately my dataset is too big to get modify... Therefore I can't do it that way.

What you are describing is sometimes called a spider diagram. I have been creating these a lot lately. The biggest issue here is that you have to have two lines of Lat and Long data for each destination. That allows the drawn line to go out and back. What I have done to facilitate this is create a sheet of "text data" and then export that data to a CSV file or as many CSV's as I have to based on the number of lines created. I duplicate that data in Excel and make additions like a PathID and PathOrder columns. I then use this document as a data source that is blended with the original data source to produce a map like the one below.
