Refresh report before the email subscribe time. Based on the query it will refresh some seconds or minutes.
I tried to refresh the report at 4AM and subscription at 5AM, still the delay occurs and user receives at around 8AM.
Is this happening because of more number of reports in queue for subscription?

Refreshing an extract will not cause it's subscription set at a later time to be delayed. The subscription delay is likely due to other extracts/jobs being run on the backgrounder process at the same time as the subscription schedule. You can see what is running on the backgrounder by using the admin views:
This will let you see what other jobs are occurring when the delay happens - and plan whether you need to space out jobs or add another backgrounder process (if your hardware allows).
Thanks for the insight on this. I noticed there are few reports running at the time of subscription. I don't think I have access to add another backgrounder process. But now I know what's really happening, I will figure out something else to get the report on time.
Really appreciate your help on this.
