how to Assign both Pictures & bars for a dimension in the same worksheet

I have list of 38 programs in a dashboard in a bar chart format with a horizontal scroll bar (see below). I need to assign a pictures for the programs, so output will have both pictures & bars in the same view for a program.

so I need to have both bars & picture for a program in the same view. is it possible to do that in tableau ?

I know we can assign picture in a separate sheet & bar chart in a separate sheet for a program but I don't whether its actually possible to assign both in one sheet for a program ?

If the resolution of the pictures can be low,
you can try putting them in the Shapes folder
and creating a dual axis to superimpose them
on the bars. Please see the workbook attached
in the Forum Thread.
