Yes you can. If you want to combine in Tableau then you can use blending or create a calculated field to join them.

This confuses me. lets say I need COST and REVENUE transactions from 2 different tables, in the same SQL Database
I dont understand what I would use to get these 2 values to 1 worksheet. There is nothing to blend on as there is only 1 data source and there is no field which joins the 2 tables
