Hello All,

1. In Tableau online I have created a user with role Interactor, however it was taking as Unlisensed role I didn't get this  what could be the reason for this ..?(pls refer screenshot for the same)

however

2.  I have added user to tableau online but I could not able access the online account showing that do not have license however already i have added user to online.
