That does sound weird! Can we have the link to the dashboard in question?
Unfortunately it's IRB protected survey data that we're distributing through a password-protected site, so I've been told to hold off on distributing the link for now. Are there any specific questions I could answer about the dashboard or provide screenshots or setting that might lead to this?
Apologies for the delay...holidays and all. 403 typically indicates a security issue with the server....So, I suppose maybe the following questions:
1. Is the issue still occurring? Does the issue occurr consistently or sporadically?
2. Does the dashboard include any web objects? If so, are the web objects behind a password protected site?
3. Was the workbook publish with anything restricted (like viewing underlying data or downloading)?
4. What version of Tableau Desktop (or Public) was used to create the workbook?
Can't promise any immediate solution...but happy to look into it becuase it's such a weird issue!
Hello, I have a similar issue with a workbook I have recently published: Tableau Public
Just after I publish it, it works but then I keep getting the following error. I used 2018.1 to publish the workbook. It includes many YTB links, perhaps that is what;s causing the issue?
Any help is much appreciated,

This happened to me also. It wasn't just my own public dashboards but any public dashboard I tried to view from any person's profile. When I opened them in incognito, they worked just fine, so I tried signing out and then signing in again, and it worked!
Same - I'm getting it on other people's vizzes AND my own!
