Most likely, you are passing URL filter parameters into the VIZ_PDF() content reference, and the values you are passing result in all data being filtered out of the PDF-generating viz. Can you share the Email Attachment calc you're using?
Hi Matt, Thank you for the quick response. Here is my calc.
'VIZ_PDF(StatementTest/Page1?Agreement%20Number%20-%20Name=' + [Agreement Number] +
'|filename=' + DATENAME('month',[Statement Month]) + ' ' + DATENAME('year',[Statement Month]) + ' ' + [Agreement Number]+')'
Please note that 6 out of 150 emails/files get the data correctly. Thank you very much.

Okay, thanks. So I would do this: Download the CSV data from your VizAlert directly from Tableau Server. Open it, and locate a row from one of the reports that did not work. Check the value of the Agreement Number shown in your content reference. Does it look off or wrong? Try passing it in as a URL parameter via your browser, just like your VizAlert is doing, e.g.;
From there, you should be able to troubleshoot what the issue is with that value.
Yes. I got it. Thank you very much.
The problem is here, Agreement%20Number%20-%20Name=' + [Agreement Number] . Some agreements that have the names matched will populate the data.
I troubleshoot by using Agreement Number only and it works. Thank you very much again for your direction.
