Tableau Grouping Separate Values into One Point on Map

    Sorie Dumbuya

I would like to show the different, separate data points (TRI Facilities) in each census tract. However, based on information from this forum, Tableau is grouping them together because they have the same city, zip code, or census tracts. These facilities are very close to each other, but they have different longs/lats. I have checked "allow labels to overlap". Please see images below.

Within this census tract, there are three facilities, each with a different number of chemical releases. However, only one, Johns Manville, is showing.

If you hover over the census tract or look at this other worksheet I created, you can see that there is no issue with the data.

I just highlighted this particular tract for demonstration, but this is happen for all the tracts. I would like to show the points for each facility. I've attached the workbook for your review. I would greatly appreciate you assistance with this matter.
