I'm really not sure what you're asking for here....

If you can see the image there will different colors based on the filter selection. In short I want achieve the result as shown in the image. Please help me how should I achieve it.
Different colors in what - the chart in the top right? What will you be coloring based on?
You can control the color in the chart by putting a dimension on the Color button on the marks card.
Use a parameter to pick the region and segment that defines set 1.
Use level of detail expressions to calculate the totals 2, 3, and 4.
Write calculations to directly compute your ratios.
Use measure names/measure values to get the calculations on the viz as separate marks.
You really shouldn't stack the resulting percentages since they aren't additive so I used Gantt bars instead!
