I don't think there a quick way of creating this.
The easiest solution here is to remove Measure Names from the columns and create a stacked bar chart + a line graph
If the side-by-side bar chart is a strong requirement (which means you can't remove Measure Names from the columns), I would create a separate line graph using the NPS Score. Then place the side-by-side bar chart and the line graph together in a dashboard.

Thanks for your insight. I was afraid you were going to tell me to switch to a stacked ba rchart (That's how the graph was presented in the first place). However, some of the users have expressed difficulties in reading/interpreting the stacked bar chart. So I might just separate the figure into 2 distinct graphs.
There is a workaround but the absolute solution depends on data.
