    Tableau for Students:  'Licensing Check In Progress' problem  and ‘Manage Product Keys’  doesn't work either

      Hello,

       

      My license of Tableau for Students started on 11th of October 2017.

       

      Since Thursday afternoon 9th of November 2017 , I have a 'Licensing Check In Progress' that is blocking Tableau.

      I also tried the options from :

      http://kb.tableau.com/articles/issue/error-licensing-check-in-progress-repeatedly-appears

      ‘Repair trusted storage’  didn't seem to work.

       

      I already reinstalled and updated Tableau Desktop 10.4 => 10.4.1 ... and back to 10.4 .

       

      ‘Manage Product Keys’  doesn't work either.

      Do you have any solution?
