Enable 'guest' access log in , The Tableau Admin should be able to do this.
Its under Settings > General > Enable guest access.
Once enabled , you can share the link to your viz and any one in your network should be able to access it.
Thank you so much for the quick response! I fear I am overlooking something... I do not see an "enable guest access" option. I'm currently using the trial version of Tableau Online, is the "enable guest access" feature something we will have when we move to the paid version?
You would have to be in the 'Administrators' group to see the settings tab.
I am pretty sure the settings/enable guest access feature is available in the trial version.
There is no option for enabling Guest account on Tableau Online. It is a Tableau Server (with core licensing) option only.
To allow someone to access a viz on Tableau online requires that they have a named user account.
The only 'free' interactive option would be for you to download the dashboard as a packaged workbook, and they can access it using Tableau Reader.
Otherwise, you can download as a PDF or Image file
Thank you so much! I appreciate the clarification and information.
