Conditional Format values (K, M) for cross tab with multiple fields

      Hi guys,

I have a cross tab with multiple fields. I can view Shipping Cost, Sales and Profit for each Region and Country.

What I want to do is to display my values either in it's original value(if value <1000), in K (if value >1000, value <1000000) or in M (if value >1000000).

The values have to be continuous so that I can do a row total for each Region and a grand total for all Regions. And SORT the data.

The current solution I have in the workbook is displaying discrete values while the tutorial in the link attached is only useful if I have only one column(plus I need to label my field names too).

      Please help.
