I believe this issue might come from another source.
It appears that the issue is caused by software external to Tableau, likely firewall or antivirus, blocking the authentication process; or a firewall or directional rule is preventing your computer from connecting to the Tableau Server.
Please work with your internal IT team to ensure that your anti-virus, proxy or firewall is not interfering with Tableau Desktop's authentication process; and that the firewall rules allow your computer access to the Tableau Server.
