I read through it. I have a specific question on how to apply different conditional format in the same column with whole and decimal values. I can't find the answer to that yet.
Unfortunately I'm currently using 10.2, so I'm not able to open your example.
My thought would to be, is to create a calculated field that would combine both values into one field. Then create a dimension that allows you to define shapes based on the value.
Or you could just combine the 2 fields (dimension/discrete) then use the combined field for your shapes and color.
I'll see if I can recreate something using the Superstore data and get back to you.
This is not excellent, but up to Two, you can use dual axis.
Using place holder of "1" dual with "0" with synchronized.
You can put one KPI on position "0" and another on position "1".
